  • Step 1: Conceptualising | Defining the POC

  • Step 2: Understand | Data Analysis

    An initial data analysis helps us to understand how clean and powerful the data is. This explorative analysis helps us to uncover initial insights, patterns and relationships that allow us to refine the POC, turning your data into gold. You will know right from the get-go whether you have the data needed to make a difference and drive improved decision making.

  • Step 3: Build | Model Creation

    After the initial analysis, we prioritise relevant data features or derive new features that amplify the prediction accuracy. Once the model is built, we benchmark it against baseline metrics to ensure that our model is better than typical algorithms. Finally, we package the model into a format that can be easily deployed within your current engineering architecture, as well as other systems and processes.

  • Step 4: Maintain | Refine & Improve

    Imagine not ever updating the apps on your mobile. You will no longer get the most up-to-date features and then at some point, the app will no longer work. That’s true for data models as well. They are not static organisms and are constantly exposed to changes. We help you to regularly re-calibrate as new data emerge and ensure a smooth transition between new and old models, without degrading performance.

TDCX

Creating a job fit score to save time & improve quality

 

Challenge

TDCX, a global leader in BPO services and customer experience, wanted to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process and the quality of hires. An explainable fit score, identifying potential high and low performers, allows them to do just that.


Approach

To create the customised fit score, we first analyzed employee performance data and their behavioural profiles. Based on these insights, we built a hybrid model consisting of machine learning and a rules-based engine to come up with an explainable fit score. Thereafter, we built a recommendation engine to provide recruiters with a list of potential risks per candidate given their behavioural profile and the requirements of the role. 


Impact

Our customised job fit score created a more efficient workflow for recruiters, allowing them to save time and improve the quality of hires, as they know who to prioritise and what to focus on.

Optimising NPS and sales through enhanced insights

 

Challenge

Our client, a large publicly-listed financial services group in the Asia Pacific, understands that customers gravitate towards companies that understand their needs. They wanted to design experiences that better meet the needs of expectant mothers. More specifically, this client wanted to know when and how to target expectant mothers to optimize their sales. 


Approach

We started this project by conducting ethnographic research to gather qualitative data and better understand the varying needs of expectant mothers in the region. Based on these insights, we helped to redesign the prototype the company had developed to meet customers’ needs. In addition, we developed a quantitative data model to measure and respond to customer needs throughout their customer experience and pregnancy using the application.

We helped the company develop a better solution to better serve their customers with the aim of increasing NPS and sales.
